Notice a leak? Need to have a room painted or floors cleaned? Want to follow up on billing for your project? Contact the Customer Service Center. The Customer Service Center (CSC) is staffed 7:00am to 10:00pm, Monday through Friday. CSC staff receive work requests, process inquiries and put you in touch with the appropriate CPFM employee to meet your needs.

Please have the following information ready:
- A precise description of the request or problem
- Name of building or address
- Room number or location
- Name and phone number of contact person
- For chargeable services, a departmental blanket account number
Billing/Recharge Inquiries:
You may view FM recharge statements online or call the Customer Service Center.
Emergencies:
FM responds immediately to all emergencies. After hours, weekends, and holidays calls forward to an off-campus center where trained staff respond 24 hours a day.

Maintenance:
For normal repair and maintenance requests, CSC staff will open a service order.
Costs:
When chargeable services are requested, a six-digit
UCSF blanket account number or an approved recharge account/fund number is required. These
numbers are available through your department's business officer.
